RespectPlay Finals Week Giveaway

  1. Promoter. The promoter is CCFuse Pty Ltd, South Australia, trading as RespectPlay.
  2. Governing law. This giveaway is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under the laws of South Australia. Entry into the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any prize won will be awarded to that parent or guardian on the entrant's behalf.
  4. Entry period. Entries open on 14 August 2026 and close on 30 August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
  5. How to enter. To receive one entry, an entrant must complete all four of the following steps: like the official RespectPlay giveaway post, follow RespectPlay, tag at least one friend on the giveaway post, and subscribe to RespectPlay. Subscription is free. Entries that do not complete all four steps are invalid.
  6. Bonus entries. After completing the four steps above, an entrant receives one additional entry for each further friend tagged on the giveaway post, and ten additional entries for each game feedback submission made through RespectPlay during the entry period. There is no limit on bonus entries. Tagged accounts must belong to real people, and feedback submissions must be genuine submissions relating to games the entrant attended. The promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise in breach of these terms.
  7. Draw and notification. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 31 August 2026. Winners will be contacted using the social media account they entered with and/or their RespectPlay account.
  8. Prizes. The total prize pool is valued at $450. First prize is the winner's choice of a Men's, Women's or Kids jersey valued up to $160. Second prize is a Gilbert rugby ball valued at $110. Third prize is a set of Kids HART rugby posts valued at $180. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Jersey size and style are subject to availability. The promoter may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
  9. Privacy. Personal information collected from entrants is used only to conduct this giveaway and is handled in accordance with the RespectPlay privacy policy.
  10. Platform release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release those platforms completely in respect of this giveaway.
  11. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected, or for any loss or damage arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance or use of a prize.
  12. Promoter's decision. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
